2014-2021

2014: Recognized as an Anhui Provincial Specialized, Refined, Differential and Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprise.

2015: The All-China Model Worker Innovation Studio of the company was officially inaugurated. The company was awarded Anhui Provincial Famous Trademark. The world’s first six-strand slitting rolling process and equipment independently developed by the company achieved successful one-time trial rolling at Chengde Steel Plant of HBIS Group.

2016: The Anhui Provincial Postdoctoral Workstation was officially inaugurated.

2017: Recognized as Hefei Municipal Industrial Design Center.

2018: Recognized as Hefei Municipal Digital Workshop.

2019: Recognized as Anhui Provincial Digital Workshop.

2020: Recognized as Anhui Provincial Industrial Design Center and Anhui Provincial Engineering Research Center for Green Steel Intelligent Rolling.

2021: Recognized as a National-level Specialized, Refined, Differential and Innovative "Little Giant" Enterprise and a Key Provincial-level Little Giant Enterprise of Anhui.

2011-2013

September 2011: The company obtained the certification of Provincial Enterprise Technology Center.

November 2011: The company obtained the certification of Anhui Engineering Technology Research Center for Steel Rolling Guides.

2011: The company’s technology, Temperature-controlled and Low-temperature Rolling Technology, won the Third Prize of Hefei Science and Technology Progress Award.

2012: The Multi-slitting Guide Device and Temperature-controlled & Low-temperature Rolling Technology developed by the company was included in the National Catalogue of Key Promoted Energy-saving Products.

2012: The company took the lead in formulating the industrial standard Guides for Section Steel Rolling, which was issued and implemented.

2013: The company’s product Multi-roll Section Steel Guide Device won the Third Prize of Hefei Science and Technology Progress Award.

2009-2010

January 2009: The company relocated to the new plant at No. 239 Ziyun Road, Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone.

July 2009: The company was awarded the title of Anhui Provincial Innovative Pilot Enterprise.

January 2010: The company won the Anhui Provincial Quality Award, and its guide products were named Anhui Provincial Famous Brand Products.

November 2010: The company passed the certification audit of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

2006-2008

2006: Awarded as Outstanding Enterprise in Scientific and Technological Innovation.

October 2008: The new technology of 4-strand / 5-strand slitting guide device developed by the company won the Second Prize of Anhui Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award.

December 2008: The company obtained certifications for Municipal Enterprise Technology Center and Hefei Engineering Technology Research Center for Steel Rolling Guides.

December 2008: The company was certified as a High-tech Enterprise.

2001-2005

June 2001: The company passed the certification audit of ISO 9001:2000 standard.

July 2001: The guides manufactured by the company achieved successful full-capacity production at Pingxiang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and won the Localization Supporting Cooperation Award.

December 2002: The company relocated to the factory at No. 19 Qiyun Road, Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone.

March 2005: The first batch of special section steel guides was exported to Dacoga Steel Mill in the United States.

1999-2000

November 1999: Hefei Dongfang Energy-saving Technology Co., Ltd.’s predecessor, Hefei Dongfang Metallurgical Equipment Co., Ltd., was founded.

November 2000: Hefei Dongfang Metallurgical Equipment Co., Ltd. completed the supporting design and manufacturing of the section steel guides for China’s first continuous section steel rolling line for Tonghua Iron and Steel Plant in Jilin Province.
